１ 目的
〇いよいよオープン間近の山形駅直結「創業支援センター（仮称）」。山形県では、同拠点と山形中、日本中、そして世界中のスタートアップエコシステムをつなぎ、イノベーション創出を目指しています。
〇今回、ジョージ・ヤマガタ氏は、初の完全英語セミナーを主催。山形とベルリン、そして渋谷を繋いで、日本ー海外、都市ー地方を縦横無尽につないだハイブリッドのスタートアップエコシステム構築を目指します。

高橋辰宏さん
山形大学教授
アメリカ化学企業DuPont社10年、ドイツErIangen大学２年を経て2002年より山形大学、2009年より国際連携・世界的研究拠点化を強力に推進してきた。特に日独連携で、約20企業同士の大型国際共同研究をリードし、ザクセン州テリッヒ首相の来県と山形県吉村知事との会談を実現させ、地域中小企業間日独ビジネス商談成立につなげてきた。それら成果からメルケル首相来日時に懇談会に招待され先端技術実用化へクラスター連携をアピールした。海外や国内からの来訪者を、山形の技術のみでなく、食・伝統・文化、そして持ち前の熱意と情熱で、いつも魅了し続けている。
Patrick Barkowski さん
CTO&Founder INURU
Patrick Barkowski graduated from the department of physics at the Humboldt University in Berlin. His focus was organic electronics with dedicated work in solution processed organic semiconductors and their the underlying nature in electrical doping.
In 2011 he came up together with his friend Marcin Ratajczak with the idea of utilizing his experience and knowledge in a start-up with the goal to have interactive surfaces in every object possible. After receiving the first grand in 2014, the EXIST Forschungstransfer, they developed the technology of printing OLEDs to make the universal printable user interface. With his company, namely Inuru GmbH, he is now realizing products for packaging companies, automotive, medicine products and many others.
Patrick Barkowski is a board member of the photonics21 association that is directly advising the European Union research council in feasible photonic technologies of the future. He is a coordinator of multiple international projects related to organic electronics, a mentor for advanced materials start-ups in the INAM network Berlin and always open to meet for a beer or coffee. He likes Nirvana.

The first designed, handcrafted Japanese sake-to-go!The company was founded 2017 to promote Japanese sake culture in europe. Go-Sake curates premium sake from little sake breweries and supports Japanese sake breweries in bringing and introducing their handcrafted sake to/in Germany. Go-Sake stands for 180 milliliter and for a new modern way of sake consumption, in a contemporary packaging.Go-Sake was awarded recently in the List of the best Craft Sake within the biggest German Sake Tasting 2019 by Meininger. Go-Sake stands for a conscious “cleaner & healthier” lifestyle: an all-natural brewed and vegan alcoholic beverage.
田坂 克郎 さん
渋谷区グローバル拠点都市推進室長
サンフランシスコ日本総領事館での８年半の勤務を含め、長年サンフランシスコ・ベイエリアで非営利団体の設立等様々な活動に従事。帰国後は東北のスタートアップ企業の役員職を経て、小松製作所に入社。同社が設立したベンチャー「ランドログ」で副社長を務める。これまでの経験を活かし、渋谷区のスタートアップ・エコシステム構築のため活動中。
小林 剛也
山形県みらい企画創造部長
政策クリエイター兼ストリートピアニスト。財務省、国際機関、在ドイツ大使館等で勤務。「地域経済エコシステム」「スマートニッチ」など、新概念の創出と具現化に明け暮れる釣り人。
